Andy has long been a huge fan of sport. Football and American football are his first loves.

Andy’s dad brought him up as a Huddersfield Town fan and he still retains many links with The Terriers and still has his season ticket.

American Football has also been a huge part of his life for many years. Having spent some of his teams with the Manchester Spartans he also developed a love for Washington Redskins and more recently Oregon Ducks.

With all this in mind, it made sense for Andy to move in to sports broadcasting.

It’s with great pride that Andy takes the reins of Tower FM’s Saturday, Sunday & Midweek sport where we bring full match commentary of all Bolton Wanderers games.

Andy also get’s to follow his first love, lower league football, with the updates from Bury FC to.
